Xtreme Farming is a Minnesota-based non-profit being developed by Lee Snyder.

With over 25 years’ experience in all facets of corporate communications, and as CEO of one of the most successful multimedia companies in the world, Snyder brings the production management skills necessary to manage multi-million dollar projects. He is an experienced award-winning producer of some of the most innovative programs in history, including:

• First rock video production featuring broadcast TV synced with FM stereo, years before MTV (Master’s thesis project)
• First video projection/slide presentation for Team Electronics Sales meeting (International award-winner)
• First live music with synchronized video (Purina Sales Meeting in Nashville)
• First CD-ROM titles for Time-Life for Children (produced in under 9 months, received top reviews)
• First CD-ROM Home Improvement title (HomeTime, award winner) national best-seller and most pirated software on the Pacific Rim)
• Most successful grocery store promotion in history (ChexQuest, a CD-ROM game in a box-of-cereal)

Development Team:

Steve Bakke, Communications Consultant with 30 years’ experience in food industry marketing. Steve will help shape marketing and promotional aspects.

Rick Dublin, Award-Winning PBS Television Producer, has made the contacts and will work out the PBS logistics for a new TV series.

Michael "Chino" Yap, Principal, Chino.com, communications technology specialist, will ensure that the Experience Village can truly represent an Internet portal to the world.

Donald Sapienza, Pioneer Hi-Bred executive who helped develop the global sustainable model that led to Xtreme Farming. His military experience will help with the construction and operation of the Experience Village.
